Terms and Conditions
Returns
  • ALL returns are subject to pre-approval on a case-by-case basis.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unassembled, unused and returned in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

  • Flat pack items can only be returned if they have not been assembled or removed from the original packaging.

  • You will be liable for the full transport costs (round trip - outgoing and incoming) which will be deducted from your refund. 

  • Personally inspect packaging and note any damage on the receiving ticket before signing for it. If you have not opened the packages please write the words "unchecked" next to your name on the waybill.

  • Please report any shortages or damages within 24 hours from the time of receiving your merchandise in writing via e-mail. Please explain the problem or defect and include any photographs if possible so that we may best assist you. It may be that only a replacement part is required instead of shipping the complete product back to us, which will be issued at our own discretion.

  • Any returned items must be in the original condition with packaging and literature intact or in suitable similar packaging if it came in un-labeled boxes. Please e-mail us first to obtain your return authorisation number, should you wish to return goods with defects or that have been damaged in transit. Include your RA# on the shipping label only please. Packages without an RA# will be refused unfortunately. Please do not write on the box or deface the product packaging.

Right to Cancel
  • You will receive a full refund of the purchase price if you cancel your order within 7 days from date of payment. The refund will be paid within 30 working days of the date of cancelling this agreement.

  • If you cancel your order after 7 days from payment date you will be liable for a 10% cancellation fee.

  • If you cancel your order after the international shipment was received, or once you received your order with no damage, you will be liable for a 15% cancellation fee.

  • You undertake to return the goods in their original packaged condition, unassembled and unused and in sellable condition.

  • You inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods of your intention to cancel the order.

Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and your agreement to follow and be bound by them. Do not use the site if you do not agree to be bound by these terms. We may periodically change the terms, without notice, so kindly check them from time to time as your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any changed terms.

Delivery 
  • ALL our amazing products are imported and this leads to a delivery lead time of 4 - 6 weeks. 

  • If we have a specific item in stock, It will show how many we have available and will ship immediately.

  • We offer you courier service or postal service. This is to ship the itemm to you once it arrived in South Africa

  • We aim to order every 2-3 weeks to be able to have a larger shipment which saves on international shipping and that keeps the price lower.

Colours
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the site.

  • However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor,

  • We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

It is your responsibility to read and understand the t'c & c's

Payment options accepted
  • Payment may be made by bank transfer, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.

  • Credit Card payments are welcome. If you wish to pay via Credit Card, We do have Credit Card facilities and will require you to send use your card details for a manual transaction. 

  • Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR)

  • We accept FNB E-wallet payments

  • We accept Capitec to Capitec payments via cell number.
